The Circle of Love (hereinafter also referred to as the association) is a non-profit association committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and communities through various initiatives. All donations made to Circle of Love are voluntary and non-refundable. Donors understand and acknowledge that their contributions will be used towards the association's projects and operational expenses as deemed necessary and appropriate by the association.

Circle of Love will undertake every reasonable effort to allocate received funds (donations) to the purpose for which they have been received, as long as the purpose aligns with the association's mission and objectives. However, Circle of Love reserves the right to reallocate funds from any specific donation to where they will best serve the purpose of potential urgency and/or need, based on the sole discretion of the association. This reallocation may occur whenever so decided, except when the donation has been made under a specific contract between Circle of Love and the donor, in which case the contract will be abided by for funds’ allocation.
Privacy:

Project Selection:
The Circle of Love offers various projects to which donations can be made. While donors may express their preference for a specific project, the final decision on the allocation of funds lies with the association unless a contract has been concluded for a specific purpose. Tax Deductibility:
Donations made to the Circle of Love may be eligible for tax deductions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Donors are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local tax regulations and seeking appropriate advice.

Intellectual Property:

This facilitation includes the exchange of letters, photos, and similar forms of communication, which are handled and delivered by the association’s authorized personnel.

By managing communication channels, Circle of Love aims to safeguard the privacy and emotional well-being of the sponsored children. This approach helps maintain appropriate boundaries, protects against potential exploitation or harm, and ensures a secure environment for all parties involved.
Sponsorship Decisions:
The Circle of Love reserves all rights and discretion in making decisions regarding the initiation, continuation, or cancellation of sponsorships for any child. Based on the association's experience, expertise, and judgment, Circle of Love is the sole authority to determine whether to grant sponsorship to a specific child.
Sponsorship Cancellation:
The Circle of Love reserves the right to cancel sponsorship for any child at any given time, without having to provide a specific reason. This decision may arise due to various factors, including but not limited to changes in the child's circumstances, program adjustments, or organizational considerations.
Notification:
In the event of sponsorship cancellation, Circle of Love will make reasonable efforts to inform the sponsor about the decision and provide any relevant information available. However, the association can, but is not obliged to disclose detailed explanations or reasoning for the cancellation.
Circle of Love's sponsorship decisions, including the right to cancel, are made with the best interests of children and the association's mission in mind. The association appreciates the understanding and support of sponsors in acknowledging and respecting these decision-making processes.
Reallocation of Funds:
In the event of a cancelled sponsorship where there are remaining funds designated for the sponsored child, Circle of Love reserves the right to reallocate those funds to where it sees the most pressing need within its programs and projects, unless a contract is in place between the sponsor and the association whereby the sponsor would be asked to agree to the reallocation of funds or be entitled to a refund. This reallocation may involve supporting another child in need or contributing to a specific project or program.
Ensuring Maximum Impact:
The Circle of Love is committed to maximizing the impact of every donation received. Reallocation of funds allows the organization to effectively utilize available resources to continue supporting its mission and objectives in the most efficient and meaningful way possible.
Transparency and Accountability:
The Circle of Love maintains transparency and accountability in the reallocation of funds. The organization will provide periodic updates to sponsors and donors regarding the utilization of funds, demonstrating how the reallocated resources have been used to further its charitable initiatives.
By acknowledging and accepting these Terms and Conditions, sponsors and donors understand and agree to the reallocation of funds from cancelled sponsorships for the betterment of Circle of Love's overall programs and beneficiaries.
Volunteer Engagement:
The Circle of Love encourages individuals to engage as volunteers to support its initiatives. Volunteers play a vital role in various activities and projects organized by the association. By participating as a volunteer, individuals agree to abide by the volunteer guidelines and Code of Conduct set forth by the Circle of Love.
Termination of Services:
The Circle of Love reserves the right to terminate its services or discontinue specific projects or programs at its discretion. In such cases, the association will make reasonable efforts to inform stakeholders and donors about the decision and provide appropriate explanations, whenever feasible.

The Circle of Love's website or communications may include links to external websites for reference or informational purposes. However, Circle of Love is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or any consequences arising from accessing or using these external websites.
